Upcoming Baltic Arbitration Days Conference

The Baltic Arbitration Days conference will take place at the Riga Graduate School of Law in Riga on 10-11 May 2012. The conference will include panels on new trends in arbitration in Germany, Sweden and Latvia and on arbitration in specific areas of industry such as energy.
Professor Jan Ramberg, Professor Emeritus of Private Law at Stockholm University, will speak about the new trends in arbitration in Stockholm. Johan Lundstedt, SCC Legal Counsel, will speak on energy arbitrations and will share the SCC experience in administering such disputes.

The conference will also cover arbitration in construction, intellectual property, merger & acquisitions and shipping & commodities trade disputes.
