The SCC Rules in Polish

Polish parties frequently bring a wide-variety of disputes to the SCC for resolution, and the SCC has administered arbitrations for nearly thirty Polish parties since 2003. In the most recent effort by the SCC to make information regarding SCC practice and Swedish law more accessible to the international community, the SCC Rules have been translated into Polish. With this new translation of the SCC Rules, the rules are available in ten languages – Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.
