Kiev arbitration days 2012: Think Big!

SCC Legal Counsel, Johan Lundstedt will speak at the Kiev Arbitration Days and provide an updated presentation of all SCC Emergency Arbitrator applications to date.

The Ukrainian Bar Association will host the first Ukrainian independent international conference, KIEV ARBITRATION DAYS 2012: Think Big! (“KAD 2012”), on 15-16 November 2012 in Kiev, Ukraine.

The conference will bring together international dispute resolution practitioners to discuss problems and perspectives of international arbitration in Ukraine and CIS countries.

The conference was launched last year thanks to the initiative of Irina Nazarova, Managing Partner at ENGARDE Attorneys at Law, who acts as a programme coordinator of the conference.

The programme is designed to include the most burning issues of international arbitration as well as a comprehensive analysis of the investment arbitration lifecycle – from preparation for arbitration to enforcement of arbitral awards.
