Almaty: Practical tips for in-house lawyers

More than 50 in-house lawyers and private practitioners gathered at the seminar “International arbitration: a guide for an in-house lawyer” that the SCC and White & Case LLP jointly organized in Almaty last month.
In three sessions, experienced practitioners representing Sweden and Kazakhstan shared practical tips with the attendees on how to maximize the outcome in arbitration, and provided first-hand information on arbitration in Stockholm and Kazakhstan as well as under SCC Rules. SCC legal counsel, Natalia Petrik was among the speakers.
