Odessa: Current issues in arbitration

Experts from Sweden and Ukraine recently gathered in Odessa, Ukraine to discuss current issues and trends in international commercial arbitration. The event attracted more than 60 practitioners and representatives of arbitral institutions.
139_nat_odessa_webben1Natalia Petrik, SCC legal counsel, discussed the appointment of arbitrators, the SCC emergency arbitrations and salient features of arbitration in Sweden with the audience.

The Conference was jointly organized by the National University Odessa Law Academy, the SCC, the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI), Arzinger Law Firm, Ukraine, and Lindahl, Sweden.
