The workshop will discuss theoretical as well as practical aspects of international arbitration. Participants are invited and encouraged to send questions to YAS prior to the workshop. A panel of four international lawyers will lead the discussion on various issues presented from the floor.
Drinks and buffet will follow the workshop, which will be held in English.
