The Chamber, together with its member companies, seeks to realise the vision of Stockholm as the centre of economic growth in Northern Europe.

Through petitions and research, the Chamber influences government decision-makers on behalf of the business community.

2,400 member companies with 500,000 employees
The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce functions as an important meeting place for businesses in the regions of Stockholm and Uppsala. The Chamber has 2,400 member companies, ranging from global giants to small entrepreneurs. Together, the member companies have 500,000 employees.

A unique international network
Worldwide, there are 12,000 Chambers of Commerce, and in Europe alone there are more than 19 million member companies. The Chambers form a unique network of international business contacts.
