ARBITRATOR'S GUIDELINES
The overriding purpose of the Guidelines of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC Institute) is to serve as a practical tool and source of information for arbitrators when conducting arbitrations under the various arbitration rules of the SCC Institute.
The Guidelines contains for example essential information on the calculation of fees of the arbitrators, compensation for expenses, invoicing and VAT. The SCC Model Award can also be found.
The Guidelines should not be treated as additional rules of procedure.
