About the SCC Institute

SCC Fast Track Arbitration in Istanbul At a conference in Turkey, 23 November 2007, on how to make arbitration more effective, Dr Patrik Schöldström talked about fast track arbitration and the Swedish experience for reducing costs and delays. The presentation focused on the SCC Rules for Expedited Arbitration.
Report on seminars in China - 2007 The very close relationship between the SCC and its counterpart in China, CIETAC, is of long standing. The two arbitration institutions maintain since decades a continuing dialogue on matters pertinent to the development of institutional efficiency in the area of international arbitration. In November 2007 a series of seminars was held in mainland China and Hong Kong with representatives from SCC. A report written by Mr Christer Söderlund. |
