The costs are fixed by the SCC Institute in accordance with the Regulations for Arbitration Costs, the Regulations for Arbitration Costs for Expedited Arbitrations or the Regulations for Mediation Costs.

The calculator below enables you to estimate the costs for the proceedings. The result gives you an idea of what the Advance on Costs fixed by the SCC Institute will be.
